Relax

Sometimes we fail to appreciate what we have

We fall into thinking traps

Seeing everything as all bad

When that is no the fact

We allow ourselves to become overwhelmed

Creating our own personal hell

Catastrophic thinking sets in

Being aware is how you win

So I practice mindfulness

Basically enjoy the here and now

Take it in look around

Keep your head out the clouds

Feet planted firmly on the ground

Or try guided imagery

Yoga really helps with energy

Everything starts in the mind

Everything will be fine in due time
